Performance

  • Pumping rates 1 liter/minute to 800 liter/minute. Pressures 0 to 40mpa.
  • The pressures will be increased to just over 70mpa with some small changes to the pressure pump.
  • All aspects to the job are monitored and recorded on the trucks computer.
    • Flow rates along with total pumped.
    • Surface pressure.
    • Down hole pressure (calculated).
    • Job charted and recorded.
  • One truck to haul and pump product with an emergency and pump product with an emergency heated walk in shower.
    • Reduces number of trucks and personal on location.
    • Reduced cost with less equipment on location.

Transportation

  • Haul 10m3 to 14m3 depending on the specific gravity of the fluid.
  • Two compartment for multiple products
    • One 3.7m3
    • One 10.6m3
    • Other truck available to haul any extra product. 

Safety

  • Walk in heated shower if someone comes in contact with hazardous fluid.
  • Qualified operators trained in the operation of the equipment.
  • Two operators with the unit
  • Truck operated from inside the cab.
    • Added protection.
    • Operator not distracted by or in the summer heat or the cold winter.
    • Information pertaining to the job is right in front of operator.
  • A place for one operator to rest on longer jobs.
  • All have completed IRP, H2S, TDG, WHMIS, and First aid training,
  • Excellent lighting for operation at night.
