C&C Coatings Inc.. is a Protective Coating Facility. We are here to assist you the customer, in trying to eliminate costly downtime and replacement costs.
At C&C Coatings Inc.. we believe in stopping corrosion, abrasion and release before it takes place. The internal coatings of alloys that see harsh environments has proven itself again and again. There has been some failures, however, we have had a 97% rate of non-failing equipment after coating.
With this ratio, we believe if a certain part can be coated for half the original cost and give "you" the consumer, three or four times the life of that part. The saving can be astronomical to a firm that has to fight corrosion daily.
Our company carries approximately 150 to 160 different lines of coating in stock. However, we have access to basically any coating on the market. We blend our own fluoropolymers to try and better our products quite frequently.
Once again, if we don't supply the product you are speced for, we will find it for you or recommend an equal or better one.
Our products have been utilized by Shell Oil, Mobil Oil, Esso Petroleum, Dow Chemical, Novacor, Chevron, Amoco Canada and Union Carbide to name a few. We have been successful in solving many of the problems which they have been battling with for many years.
Our coatings are also being used extensively for various tool companies in order to combat the never-ending battle with H2S, Co2 and sweet and sour gas they encounter with their downhole tools.
