Spa EtiquettePlease arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment begins to allow us to process you through our reception. Arriving late will reduce the length of your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so the next client is not delayed, regardless of how late you start. What to WearRobes and gowns will be provided for services that require them.

Your personal items will be kept in the treatment room with you. You will be asked to remove all jewelry before treatments. You may prefer to leave it at home to assure you do not forget it in your relaxed state after your service!

You will be professionally draped to assure your privacy. For body treatments, if you feel more comfortable in a bathing suit, please bring one. Be advised that some of the natural ingredients in our treatments may stain clothing. Cancellation PolicyAs a small facility, changes and cancellations affect us greatly. We have reserved your appointment time especially for you and request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice of change or cancellation.

*Cancellations less than 24 hours are subject to full charge of service.* Spa packages and group bookings are subject to a 48 hour cancellation notice. Gift CertificatesGift Certificates are available for specific treatments, packages, or at a set dollar sales.
